Service terms

Bookings
A booking is confirmed once capacity is reserved for the selected slot. Package descriptions state the included duration and service scope.
Payments
Customers currently pay after the service is complete; nothing is charged at booking. Displayed package prices are final payable totals; no separate tax breakdown is currently provided.
Changes and cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled or moved to another available slot without charge until four hours before the scheduled start. Later requests require support review.
Service limitations
Care Taker packages provide non-medical assistance and companionship. Customers must disclose relevant safety, access, and task information. Laborlo may reschedule or cancel where safe fulfilment is not possible.
Reviews and conduct
Reviews must reflect genuine completed bookings. Customers, workers, and staff must communicate respectfully and use the platform only for lawful services.
